Please use our online shop to place your order. Full payment is required to secure your place on a trip or as payment for registration to one of our services.

It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is accurate, please ensure you check all details before placing your order. If fixed wheelchair transportation is needed please ensure Community Transport Calderdale Ltd is informed, if we do not receive this information we cannot guarantee transportation.

No refund will be given to trips cancelled within 14 days of departure and refunds on our other services will be considered upon receiving written request.

Any complaint regarding our trips should we received within 7 days of the date of departure.


Any personal information you provide to us through our website will be taken as consent for us to use in the specific purpose for which is was obtained.

We will not pass on your data and take appropriate action to ensure it is not lost or misused.
